BNI+ Makes Better Meetings
A custom ERP, designed and built by Garo, that plans, manages and delivers chapter meetings and regional content for the world's largest business networking organization.

Run the same great meeting, everywhere in the world.
BNI is the largest business networking organization in the world, with over 335,000 members in more than 11,200 chapters across 76 countries. Every chapter runs a weekly meeting — and the quality of those meetings is the product. Keeping agendas, scripts, presentations, regional content and reporting consistent at that scale is an operations problem long before it is a software one.
Garo designed and developed BNI+, a custom ERP solution that plans, manages and delivers chapter meetings along with regional and national content. It was developed locally, rolled out in Canada, and then officially launched worldwide in six languages.
Every chapter runs the same proven meeting structure, with the agenda, script and timing generated and kept on track automatically.
Head-office and regional content is distributed into each meeting deck, so local chapters always present the current material.
Attendance, participation and chapter performance are captured as the meeting happens — no separate reporting chore afterwards.
The system writes and issues the follow-up newsletter from the meeting record, closing the loop without manual assembly.
High-availability infrastructure was deployed across multiple AWS clusters with load balancing, multiple layers of redundancy and full disaster recovery — because thousands of meetings happen every week and none of them can wait.
BNI+ has been widely adopted and met with great praise and enthusiasm across the organization. In November 2024, Garo was awarded BNI's coveted Innovation Award in Honolulu.
They worked with agility, integrity, and a dedication to doing the right thing — even when it was the hard thing.

The same approach, applied to your operations
BNI+ started the way every Garo engagement starts: mapping how the work actually happens, then automating the repetitive parts and connecting the systems around them. Whether you run 11,200 chapters or a single busy office, the method is the same — understand the operation, remove the manual steps, and support it for the long term.
