BNI+ Makes Better Meetings

BNI is the largest business networking organization in the world with over 335,000+ members in 11,200+ chapters operating in 76 countries. Garo designed & developed a custom ERP solution (BNI+) to plan, manage & deliver chapter meetings and regional/national content.

BNI+ manages all aspects of the meeting including the agenda, script, presentations, analytics, attendance, regional content, meeting timeline. It even generates a post-meeting newsletter.

The solution, developed locally, was rolled out in Canada and then was officially launched worldwide in 6 languages.

High-availability infrastructure was deployed utilizing multiple AWS clusters with load balancers and multiple redundancy and disaster recovery systems.

BNI+ has been widely adopted and met with great praise and enthusiasm. In November 2024, Garo was awarded the BNI’s coveted innovation award in Honolulu.
